How to Request a Refund
Email us at privacy@pxguard.ai with the email address used for the purchase. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
Subscriptions & Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After the 14-day window, payments for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.

Purchases of PxGuard are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are processed through Paddle and are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.
